Certified Creator = completed certification + 3 activated businesses. Commissions are paid on collected payments after a 30-day hold, monthly. Commissions on refunded payments (within 60 days) are reversed. Recurring commissions continue while the business stays active and you remain in good standing. No commission is paid on Co-Op activation/funding fees.
